One key starts, the other doesn't in 2008 Ford Escape

EVO All, Installed in 2008 Escape and programed.  Only 1 key will start the vehicle with lock pressed 3x.  The other key will turn on accessories, however vehicle will not start.

This makes no sense lol. It shoudlnt matter which key is used.

What's the 12 digit service number of the EVO?
