2014 Chrysler 200 using EVO ALL CHR5 works for a few weeks and then starts blowing cold air only.  Replaced the bypass already and the same thing happened.

I do not have reports of this for the Chrysler 200. Two or three  things to look at.

1. The MUX connection. This controls accessories.

2. Which firmware are you using? What is the 12 digit service numnber of the evo-all.

3. Besides for the EVO-ALL, is there anything else installed in the vehicle?

we are using the D2D conection therefore not hooking up the MUX separetly.  There is nothing else installed on that vehicle and I don't have the serial number at this time.  The software we use is what comes uploaded on the bypass which is V6 Firmware 74-19.  It seems to work for the first few weeks fine then it starts blowing cold air.  Starting with key has no issues.

I need to break this down a little.

D2D is the name of  datalink protocol used by DEI/Expresskit that allows datalink communication between a remote starter unit and an interface module (like the evo-all).

MUX is a vehicle multiplexed data signal. Meaning, 1 wire serves for different purposes on the car. D2D and MUX have nothing to do with eachother and serve completely different purposes.

If you are not using a separate remote starter, then you are not using D2D.

Which type of installation is done on the car? With a separate remote starter unit, or the eVO-ALL is installed as a Stand Alone remote starter to work off the OEM remote for 3x Lock Start?

Take a look at the installation guide. Connections A/B/C are used for the Chrylser depending on the type of install. The Green/Red wire coming out the 20-pin of the EVO-ALL is what will control the vehicle MUX signal. It must be connected to the Purple wire on the T-harness.
