2007 Grand Cherokee started doesn't crank

I installed everything with installation f, checked my connections programmed the unit, locked the jeep three times. lights came one heard fuel pump come on but the starter never cranked. It tried once again did the same thing then shut down  did it forget something.

which lights turn on, on the EVO when pressing 3x Lock?

 

Crank is managed via the (+)Start connection. Some things too look at there for this car/connection, was there a (+)Start wire in the factory harness? If yes, was this wire tested when starting with the key, and also was this wire tested when remote starting?
