The evo all light is solid yellow when key is turned on is this ok

Also the lc-7 will not flash to program remote i am using the thr gm1 v2 harness do i need to power the lc-7 seperatly

Lc-7 is that crimestopper? second, i don't see any options enabled in the EVO for separate RF kits. http://fortin.ca/en/support/001a06447295/

 

The yellow LED will always turn on with ignition once the unit is programmed.
