Tacoma starts then dies

When remote starting the vehicle starts then dies, it does this whether the key is in the ignition or not.  If you start it with the key everything works as it should. I used an evo all with 79.05 Firmware. Any help would be appreciatied.

What kind of remote starter?

What do the lights on the EVO do when you try to remote start?

Did you use the IMI and IMO connections?
