Has EVO-CHR (HW Version 6) the same as EVO-ALL (HW Version 6)?

i am just wondering if EVO-CHR (Printed on hardware label)(HW Version 6) is the same as EVO-ALL (HW Version 6)? Just want to use my old hardware for the new car...

The EVO-CHR is not an EVO-ALL and will unfortunately not work on newer Chrysler/Dodge vehicles. Manufacturing and testing of the EVO-CHR stopped a little over 2 years ago.

 

Just to confuse the situation a bit. When we discontinued the EVO-CHR, we slowly started packaging the EVO-ALL with its appropraite T-harness; which were incidently packaged and named EVO-CHRT3 / T4 / T5 or  T6. 

 

Point being, just make sure you don't actually have an EVO-ALL. Best way to know is to enter the service number written on the back of your unit here in the firmware history section : http://fortin.ca/en/support/
