code-alarm, EVO-ALL, 2014 ram reg key

Question

remote start fine every time. use my remote to unlock it works every time. turn key on for key take over and truck dies every time. Instructions says it will die if vehicle not unlocked.. it is being unlocked via the EVO-ALL. WHY?

will running my own wire into pass door for unlock work?
