Where can I get more details on the "no-key-take-over solution"?

1. Where can I find out more informatoin to get the no-key-take-over solution implimented? What do I need to buy, where should I refer the alarm installer for more information?

2. Does this solution prevent the car from turning off when a door is open?

3. What is the take-over procedure in this implimentation?
