2023 Mazda CX-50 doors won't always unlock after remote start

Question

When remote starting, sometimes the doors will not unlock (either by remote or by the keyless door handle entry). Trying to unlock via the remote just has the headlights flash but nothing happens. It's also inconsistent because sometimes it seems to work just fine and other times it won't.

derek g, I am also having this same issue with my 2024 Mazda CX-50.  Sometimes it unlocks, sometimes it doesn't.  Sometimes it's not even right after a remote start that it acts up.  One day earlier this week my wife drove to work, parked and got out of the vehicle.  She hopped out of the driver's seat then went to grab her laptop from the back seat but the vehicle had locked.  Touching the door handle would not unlock the vehicle but after multiple tries it finally did.  
 

Another issue we have been having is that sometimes, but not all times, we lose the ability to control the two passenger side windows from the master switch on the driver's door.  The windows work fine from the switches on the two passenger doors.  If we shut the vehicle off and then turn it back manually with the push button on the dash it usually fixes the problem.

Also, when remote starting after a minute or two the blind spot warning lights in both mirrors flash very rapidly but not consistently.  It does eventually stop.
