updating the starter with the FLU before programming it mess the installation up?

I miss read the directions and had the starter plugged in with the FLU when i went to update it. I did it before wiring and programming the starter, do I need to somehow reset the unit? or am I good?

You should be fine. 1.25 as the latest version for the remote starter on evo-one.
