RFK912 need fused power and ground harness

Does the RFK-912 with evo-rs Chrt7 need the fused power harness?

If used with EVO-ALL, the CHR7 harness has a built in adaptor for the fortin antennas.

With the EVO-ONE, the antenna plugs directly into the module
