Ascent won't start after 3 x times lock press

2020 ascent push button start, evo one installed with T-harness.  After 3 x times lock button press horn honks, park lights flash 3 times, and no start.

Cut the yellow loop if it is automatic transmission

yellow loop is cut.  Has latest firmware version. all doors and hood are closed.  remote button pressed from 20 feet away to prevent factory fey interference.  IMO circuit wired for canadian model.
