wont start and no led indications whatsoever on module when key fob button pushed 3times .

Any experienced with EVO-ALL thar-toy13 harness connections ,all plugs in do i need to leave any disconnected?

Only Domestic cars are tested for Remote Starter. However, some cars might work its a matter of trying and on your own risk.

Did you go through the programming, was everything ok? Did you use the decrypter after programmng.

Please provide SN# back on the module so customer service can help you.
