What does the OR mean on guide# 86741 for A2 of 20pin connection?. Does it mean one or the other?

09 Focus Evo One standard install. I have in 4001 and in4004 diodes, are they ok to use?.

If the vehicle has an oem alarm, you connect the ARM wires.

If the vehicle does not have an oem alarm, you connect the single Lock wire

 

Either of those diodes will be ok.
