Evo Start 2 stopped working

I have had my EVO Start 2 installed for about 2 months working fine. Since this morning I haven't been able to use the app to start my car, however it knows the cars location. Functions such as door unlock/lock and trunk release are also not working.

when you give a command on the app does the antenna flash green?
