evo-one resets Engine computer after remote start

2015 Mazda CX-5. Installed evo-one-maz3 and after remote start the emissions data in vehicle resets and failed a state emission test for this reason. I remote start it and Checked with scan tool and can see ecu data drop out after I press the push to start button, then brake to takeover the vehicle.

unplug the evo, set all monitors to ready and go for the inspection. once you pass just plug it back in.
