Headlights flashes 3 times every time I take off

Just got the EvoStart 2  installation done by a dealer. Everything seems to work great except that my headlights are flashing 3 times every time I take off or slow down below 40 km/hr. Other drivers are not liking me right now...

Is it happening pretty much every single time you hit the brakes ? If so , there's an ignition connection missing.
