DCRYPTOR LIMIT REACHED FOR THIS CAR. WOULD LIKE IT TO BE RESET?

Hi when I was trying to reprogram my EVO-ONE again it said in Dycriptor the limit has been reached for this car. S/N: 002B04 109031

Can you please reset it?
