Can I program compustar 2way remotes or drone to evo-all stand alone

No that configuration is not supported by Fortin.

If you wanted compustar remotes and a drone, you would need a remote starter from compustar that can support both at once. You would then simply use the evo-all as a bypass not a stand alone remote starter.
