Lights stay solid upon intial connection

Question

2017 dodge ram tip key everything is connected correctly but upon initial connection to program when I hold down the program button nothing happens stays solid does not let me select yellow light

If all three leds are on solid, it's because your module is not flashed with any firmware yet.
