Will not turn ignition on or start

I just installed the eco one in a 2017 Chevy trac key to start. It all installed great programmed fine and dcoded fine. It flashes blue when I hit the lock button and after the third time the red light comes on for a second then goes out.

What is the S/N to the module?

Also make sure the hood is closed and the hood pin wire is not grounded when testing.
