Do I need to connect 2nd accessory wire on 2005 impala with evo one installation if yes how to connect thanks

I would suggest it. You will need to wire in your own relay to power 2nd accessory. You can use the accessory 1 as the postive trigger, and dark blue A8, as the negative trigger for the relay.
