Can’t flash the evo one module

Question

Not sure if it’s relevant but I did update to the latest recommended firmware, but for some reason the 3 buttons on the bottom right just pop up as I plug it in the USB port but then immediately disappear thus I can’t flash the module. Any suggestions? Tnx

The newest flash link software, version 4.39, does not have buttons on the bottom right. It's a complete redesign. Ever since that update, the old version cannot be used anymore which is why you see those buttons disapear. 

 

Manually delete the Flash llink program from your computer then go here to install the new version. https://fortin.ca/en/support/flashlinkmanager.html
