cannot unlock the door after remote start the car

Question

Hi,

After I remote start the car (07 Sequoia), I cannot unlock the door, so I have to either shut it off or insert the key mannually and open it.

What could go wrong

Did you connect lock and unlock in the vehicle?

Is the evo-one or evo-all?

it is Evo-one.  

Not sure the technician connect the lock or unlock wire.

for keyless entry to work lock & unlock must be connected. I would first verify this was done.
