After step 13 of programing, all three lights are flashing not just yellow and red.

While programing the Evo All, stand alone starter, with mazda t-harness, I'm not getting the yellow and red flashing lights after step 13. Instead all three lights flash at the same time. If I hook it up to the flash link to use the Dcryptor, it's says there is incomplete key information. I don't know what to do from here. Any suggestions. I did try a factory refresh but am getting the same thing. Everything seams to go right up to step 13.

EXACT SAME PROBLEM SLOVED

WAS WORKING ON A 2018 CX-9

STEP 13 KEPT FAILLING

THE FLASH SOFTWARE KEPT SUGGESTING FIRMWARE VERSION AS 71.XX

BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY MINIMUM FIRWARE HAS TO BE 85.11

I MANUALLY SELECTED THE 85.11 VERSION AND THEN TRIED THE PROGRAMMING PROCESS AGAIN.

STEP 13 WAS A SUCCESS AND THE DCRYPTOR PROCESS COMPLETED

could be...I would suggest removing it and making a proper splice connection...This goes for any other wires you used the crimp connectors on.
Ok went through all the connections and reattached them the proper way. Now when I get to step 13 just the red light flashes. When I hook up the evo to the flash link I still get the same incomplete key information. Any other suggestions?
I am having the same issue on a 2017 Mazda 3 Push to Start Automatic. Installed with T Harness Thar Maz1. Spliced into Key data and Door locks on second connector under steering column. Tried changing flash version on Evo All. Newest or minimum specified version doesnt work either.
