toyota venza 2015 remote start

i installed a viper remote start system for my customer to a toyota venza 2015 with evo-all , i done every thing exactly the same as the evo-all installation diagram , and 2 month later the BCM on this car burn out and the dealership said the BCM get overloaded by the remote start system , the remote starter power wire i connect to the Blue 12v wire at the ignition harness , and another thing is this car also have an aftermarket sound system , 1 bass amp and 1 12" sub ,  may be my customer running the car by the remote start and listen to music  ... will the bcm burn out if remote start and listen to music because of not enough power ?

The remote start or the Evo-All will not burn out a BCM.

The remote starter would have blown its fuse before burning the BCM if this was the case.

Unless it was altered or installed incorrectly.

thanks for the answer ,  all wires installed to the car was correctly  , i been install remote start on over 500 cars and this is the first time i see this problem.
which install guide did you use on this vehicle?

The remote starter and sound system cannot "overload" as the dealer states, did you verify your installation before the vehicle was sent to the dealer?

It is a normal reaction by car dealerships to blame the remote starter or any accessory that was installed not at the dealership,

The explanation "overloaded" really isn't a good description of what happened to the BCM, if they are asking you to pay for it, ask them to prove to you that it was your installation that caused the BCM to fail due to either : wrong connections, shorted wire, etc...

i don't have a chance to verify my installation yet ,  i used to spend 4 to 5 hours to install a remote start system to a car , all connection i did very carefully , so i hope it was not the connection problem , thank you for your commented.
