2014 Grand Caravan - Pass side heater control not working after install

Everything seemed to work properly with EVO-CHRT4 after install.  However, just dicovered the pass side heater temp control is locked on high and the rotary temp control has no affect.  Drivers side works properly.  Could the EVO CHRT4 be affecting something with the heater temp control?

The easiest way to test this would be to remove the Evo-All and T harness, and test the vehicle to see if the passenger side heater controls will start working normally.

 

This vehicle has been done the same way since 2008, and if there was an issue that would cause this problem it would've surfaced a long time ago.

 

Can you provide us with the service number of the Evo All, it is a 12 digit alphanumeric code on the bottom of the actual unit.
