programming is not working for me?

im not sure if this is a problem or something is not done right, got all the needed wiring done, but not the hood, connected all the needed remote connectors,
and at the time of programming the bypass blue comes on but turns off at ignition ON and blue led comes back on when ignition is OFF. The website support ays that it is crossed wires on the hi-low can, but
all are the way it supposed to be(gray/black-orange/brown & gray-orange/green). i checked the wiring couple of times but not doing any change.

Hi Albert,

When the LED acts the way you described, it usually means one of two things. Connections or firmware on the EVO.

Master reset the module and try programming again. To master reset follow this procedure:

1- Hold down programming button while plugging in datalink connector.
2- Let go of button when LED is RED.
3- Push and hold button again until all three LEDs start to alternate.
4- Disconnect unit, she is now reset.

You will also want to meter the voltage (dc voltage) of the gray and gray/black wires with ignition On.

Please include the 12 digit service number in back of the EVO
Nope. I didnt work, It did the same thing. Blue comes on but goes off at IGN ON. Didnt get to check the dc voltage yet.
Which model and year is your car?

What is the 12 digit service number written on the back of the EVO?
