The FOB that came with my EVO-ONE will not program?

The unit is detected by the vehicle and the valet button make the parking lights flash but when I hit the  (-) button then the lock button like the instructions say it never programs.

Did you press/release the brake before doing (-)+lock ?

Also, what is the 12 digit servive number and which remotes are they? it says on the sticker of the remote. service number is on the evo-one

Yes I did the brake press/release. I followed each step by step multiple times. And yes it is the FOBs that came with the evo.
and which model remotes is it (sticker on remote has model number)? What is the 12 digit service number of the EVO-ONE?
EVO number is 002B01007443 remote model is FTX44-2W
I don't see any firmware loaded... odd... http://fortin.ca/en/support/002b01007443/

Is that the correct service number?

Reflash the remote starter side to 1.15
After flashing the mouse turns into the loading signal and stays that. but it does say that the update went through. Is that normal?
yes that number was correct it says that it is at 1.15 when i plug it in.
yes, we force that the unit be disconnected after a flash
at the step that says push / release brake. use the analog foot brake input instead. So jump the input to 12V then remove it. Maybe it's not detecting foot brake through can-bus.
