2008 Grand Cherokee Evo-All Stand alone will program but wont start

0 votes
I installed the chrt4 stand alone unit on a 2008 grand Cherokee. It will program but will not start the vehicle. I tested to see if the yellow/blue wire had constant voltage(12V) and if the yellow/blue wire had voltage(12V) when attempting to start and it did. Im just at a loss for why it wont start. Any help would be appreciated. I bought this from the fortin website and supposedly it is updated with the latest software.

thank you

If you are trying to do 3x lock start, your EVO is currently not setup as a stand alone remote starter.

so does that mean I would have to do the firmware update?
the firmware is udpated but the options for stand alone are not enabled.
OK SO I'LL NEED TO GET A FLASHLINK UPDATER? AND THEN ILL BE ABLE TO ENABLE FROM THERE?
Flash-Link Udpater is required to have access to options in the EVO, correct.
ALRIGHTY,

THANK YOU
