i purchased a token but it doesnt show on my account?

i purchased a token and it doesnt show up on my account. Also i was wondering if tech support was through you or fortin because it would be nice to talk to someone i can understand!!

After selecting a vehicle, there will be an option to use your purchased token.

Wirecolor is a product of Fortin so you can contact Fortin Tech Support
