Subaru Legacy OEM Remote Delay

Question

2015 Subaru Legacy std key SUB1 harness installation.  EVO-ONE.  Using OEM remotes for starting (lock-unlock-lock).  Car starts as expected and everything related to the start is working as expected.  The only issue I’m having is with the OEM remote response once the vehicle is running.  When the car is off, remote responses (lock, unlock, trunk) are quick and immediate.  Once the car has been remotely started this changes.  The command still work, but take multiple button clicks and responses seem random.  I’ve been unable to figure out how to correct this.  Any help would be appreciated.
