Please reset my EVO ONE, serial number 002B04 668857.

Question

We have been struggling for weeks trying to get this installed but it's still not working.

It appears as though we are sucessful doing all the installation steps but it just won't start.

I'm using the TOY14 harness on a 2020 Toyota Rav4 regular key start.

The date on the unit is 05/2024.

Apparanetly we reached the number of resets and can no longer access the unit.

How many times can I reset it?

Can you offer any tips? Is there some sequence of LEDs that would help troubleshoot?

I tried to download the troubleshooting guide from the Play Store but the link isn't valid.

Hello,

I have sent your module in for reset. It will be ready for use within 24 hours. The limit before being locked out is 3 successful dcryptions.

 

If you are experiencing difficulty with your instalation please contact tech support when you have the vehicle, module and flasher on hand.
