2014 Hyundai Sante Fe Evo One Lte. factory remote

Question

Hello, I installed Evo One Lte in my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport PTS. The Evo start works great via the Cell app but i cant get the factory remote to start the car. Also, the cell app WILL NOT operate the door lock/ unlock. The list says 3 locks will start and stop remote start, but i cant get it to work. Not sure if its my fault or If factory fobs will not work on this vehicle

Most likely a missing setting or the unit didnt program correctly to the vehicle. What is the 12 sigit serial number of the evo-one?

 

Note.. When programming to the car, while the blue led is flashing, if the RED LED is on at the same time, this will indicate a problem with the CAN2 connections.

ok, i did have the red led on the front lit while blue flashing.

i know i have the correct wires, they are the twisted pair. i went by pin, not color. Maybe swap those 2 wires for can 2?

I retract my earlier comment. After a double check if my can 2 you led me to, I had the wrong 2 wires. Looked at the pin from back, not the front. Changing now

Sorry for the late reply, I want to report back that EVERYTHING on this family install is working perfectly after your guidance Robert.

This set up was an exact need as my family member works in a huge hospital where there is no way a key fob RF would reach the car.

Nothing but smiles from them with this set up working fantastically for them
