My remote stopped working

My 2007 tundra I bought used has the RF642W remote and the batteries died, I got them replaced at visions and it just doesn’t work anymore at all. Went back got them replaced again and it worked for about 5 or 6 lock/unlocks then quit again

I would have the remote checked by a technician.

If the remote is dying within minutes it may need to be raplaced, that is not normal operation for a ftx64-2w remote.

Batteries depending on usage should last 12 months+.
