Why cannot I get the install instructions on my account ?

I enter my code and it says it has been used already why cannot I access the wiring directions, I bought this a year ago and I don't have any directiions to install this, getting really frustrated !!!

guides are available on fortin.ca and via the flash link updater. no need for wirecolor.

This is for a 2017 nissan sentra push to start.
