13 Rav4 wont remote start without key in ignition.

Question

So we have installd a EVO ALL with a CS unit.

The car will not start unless we leave the key in the barel. (H Key) I have double checked the wireing, and everything is connected correctly.  Even tried to move the yellow wire (IGN) from IGN 1 to 2  with no help. Double checked the programing on the CS unit and made sure it was looking for fortin, and its and that the unlock before start was off.  

What am i missing here?

Turn off D2, it is currently on. Once done re test the remote start.

 

If it still doesnt start please report what the led's on the unit do when you send the start command.

We had D2 off the first time and did a full reset to see if that would help and it didn't, and it seems like when the Wizzard took the programing it made it go to the latest FW. I will go an change the D2 back off. But When we sent the command to the unit, the RED light comes on, followed with the yellow light.

I was having the same problem with a rav4 2017 H key and I lost a lot of time looking for the problem until I saw this answer.

The D2 was on and I put it off and guess what, it work perfectly.  Thanks for the help. And I just curious, why this happened ?  I have made many Toyotas and never found a problem like this. Thanks.
