Flashlink Manager not detecting EVO-ONE

0 votes
When I connect my EVO-ONE to my flashlink it stays stuck at 10% Currently Fetching Options.

It refuses to connect. I am able to get connected in PRO mode. Bypass works fine in PRO Mode, but the remote starter tab crashes the connection.

Is my device defective or is there a fix for this? I am using the latest version of Flashlink as well as the latest firmware on my evo one.

Thank you

If you try it on another PC does it do the same thing?

What is the S/N to the evo?

What is the S/N to the Flash link updater?

I tried multiple USB ports as well as a different cable. I tried this on a desktop and laptop. Same issue with both.

Evo S/N: 002B04 162217

Flash link S/N: 002505 087943

Before having this issue, I was able to connect once successfully and flash it. I reflashed it recently after adding an evostart2 module and it is there that it started happening. I wasn't able to flash it as it got stuck at the 10% fetching options.
Everything looks ok.

Only thing I can suggest at that point is to download team viewer and try contacting fortin technical support so they can log into your pc and see if there is an underlying issue perhaps with the driver.
