Device Reached maximum flashes

Question

I have a bunch of units that were in EVO-ONE-HON2's and such that were never installed just because they were vehicle specific and we never did that car.  Am I out all these units now because they sat on the shelf? Had I known they had a shelf life I would have cycled them through.  Is there anyway to flash these or get replacements?
