blue flash wasnot flashed rapedly

hi sir

am working on jeep grand cherokee 2014

we stic on step 10 evo chart6 wasnt flash repdedly after corect responce from step 9blue led remains we push start and release button once blue led shut off and we wait and wait and wait in begnig we complete programming when we connect evo with updator flash link we didnt find cryptur so  after that we return to the car an make same procedure with same responce NO BLUE LED FLASH REPDELY but we leave it more ( in thes time our hand with smart key WITHOUT BATERRY) placed on push buttom start and same without responce after car leave we connect again with flash link we found another screen says chose car not chosen autamaticly as usually

If the blue led goes out when you turn the ignition on but it does NOT flash this indicates you have a problem with your can hi and can lo wires. Either they have a bad connections are backwards or you are on the wrong wires.

What is the service number to the module?
