How to upload (attach) picture to the question?

Question

Why when I want to attach a picture to the question It apears as a text not a picture?. Any one has the same thing?. How to correct the situation?.

You need to click on the image icon above the text window and insert the link to the picture there.

You can click on the image icon in the header, then go to the upload tab and select the file directly from your computer.

Then you will click send to server and a  URL will be created for the picture. I'm gonna test here just to make sure it is working correctly.

OK, all I see is the picture icon and the text 16774199513688....6*width='402'> , that's what apear only, may be the problem with my system.

The Q&A comment/Answer/Quesiton fields on fortin.ca auto generate hyperlinks with service numbers to simplfy service number searches. So any 12 digit series of numbers like picture uploads mess up.
