Connecting to empty slots

Question

I have two questions about 2014 Nissan Titan

1. There is no wire connected to pin 13 and 14 at BCM connector which correspond to Lock & Arm and Unlock & Disarm. How do I connect remote starter wires to these empty spots?

2. I searched for Brown (PATS TX data, pin1) and Green (PATS RX data, pin3) colored wires at Transponder connector (4pin) but the colors were different. Any clue?

For the empty pins you need to put the wire in the empty pins. Either using actual connectors or by removing about an inch an half of shield, twisting the wire and passing it in the empty pin until it comes out the other side. Then just fold the wire to the side making sure it will not short to any other pin.

 

Tx and Rx are listed as Green and Brown. Make sure you have the right connector. The pin outs will be the same even the colors are different.  You can send a picture to support@ifar.ca just to be sure.
