2007 galant bypass not working

Doors lock, unlock, tach is programmed, foot brake over data, but immobilizer bypass isnt activating. Have GWR hooked up

did that 4.08 work? 

If no, flash 74.22 , reset and reprogramme. That firmware will also not require Dcryptor.
