Why won't my evo all update?

I have EVO ALL hardware version 6 service number 001A06 122506.  I can't get this to update or work.  I spent good money on this thing and now it's a paper weight.  Any ideas? Please and thank you.

This module is 7 years old and can not be updated. It has version 4.09 inside.
