2009 Acura RDX key programming

Can't get the key to program. I can't get passed step 4 for some reason. Lights won't flash after I turn the key. T harness is installed and all the wiring is correct.

Did you connect lock and unlock wires?

 

If yes,  disconnect them and re try the programming.
