Cell phone control on steering wheel

Question

Since I installed the Evo all in my wifes 2012 Ford Fusion, she says the phone control button on her steering wheel no longer works. Has anyone else noticed this? If so did you fond a remedy?

Inspect the wiring harness under the steering, you probably hit a wire by mistake. There is nothing in the remote start installation that interfere with the steering wheel control.
