2012 T&C Won't Start, Programming Successful

Question

I installed a THAR-CHRT4.

T-Harness

Dark Blue wire to hood-pin -> ground

Programming procedure worked.

All remote functions work as before the install.

When I hit the 3x lock, the blue LED flashes once each time I press the lock, then the red LED flashes 5 times and nothing else happens.

What does the red LED flashing 5 times mean?

"Dark Blue wire to hood-pin -> ground".....try disconnecting this wire and re test.
