EVO ALL's D6 and H4, what are these two options for?

2008 BMW 523LI, is it possible 3x lock start the car? how to config?

D6 is used for some select push-to-start vehicles.

H4 is a protocol used for some rf kit / telematics devices.

3x lock is possible on a 2008 bmw 5-series. http://fortin.ca/en/vehicles/bmw/5_series/2008-push-to-start/
