Cant get EVO-Fort1 to program

Question

I have a 2014 Ford Edge, I purchased the EVO-Fort1.

I followed the manual:

for installation.

 

I installed the T-Harness, car starts with no issue so Im sure thats installed correctly.

I then made wire connections for A19, A5 (door lock and unlock) and C3,C4 (Can Hi and lo)

 

I have two keys stamped SA. I hold the button as in the manual til I see the blue and red leds (programming mode) and follow the steps for the keys, insert key 1, turn to run, wait 3 seconds, turn key off, insert key 2 and turn to run for 3 seconds turn off and reinsert key 1 and turn to run.

 

At this point I expect the EVO to do a lot of blinking, but nothing happens, it sets on the Blue and Red leds.

 

What have I failed to do?

What did you connect to the 4 loose wires comming out of the t-harness? (the lt.blue, lt.blue/black, yellow and yellow/black).

I did not realize those needed to be connected, I watched a video on youtube and it never mentioned those. I will make the connections and see how it goes.

You only need 3 of the 4 by the way, refer to the guide it shows you what to hook up to those wires.
