Are relays still necessary for transponder and parking lights as it says on wirecolor?

Fortin install instruction doesn't mention but wirecolor shows 2 being used.

Parking lights need a external relay .

Transponder wires no, The evo-all has built in relays that we use for this.

The transponder connection is shown in the guide for the evo-all. Parking lights is not.
